7 Day Dish Ideas / Real Food

One of the main reasons my friends say they eat mainly meat as the base of their diet because they dont know how to make anything else. With that being said I have seen by giving people options in dishes to prepare they have been more resistant to taking in meat and things of that nature . With that being said here is a 7 day dish plan if you wish to give it a taste. Let me know what you think!
