Yogi Focus will shine a spotlight on one single yogi for  a truthful Question & Answer session.

Whats your name and where are you from?

“Ashley Coleman from California. “

How were you first introduced to yoga ?

“I picked up a Dvd, I love working out and yoga was on my list of things to try.”

Have you ever had any yoga related dreams?

“No, only if I did it would be about getting the pose just right”

What have you learned about yourself physically and mentally through yoga?

“That I am beautiful and strong. That I can do anything I set my mind on I even inspire myself at times! Yoga has made me a better me not just for me but for those around me. Such a blessing! “

Whats your favorite pose/routine

Which type of yoga do you connect with most if any?

“Ashtanga yoga”

What was your first memory, The furthest back you can remember.

“When i was a child in San Diego, All i can remember is this big park across some apartments, but when I ask my parents if we ever lived in San Diego they tell me no but we visited. What do you find yourself visualizing most throughout your day to day?

“My life, how I have changed  and so have the things and people around me. How beautiful life is. That I am nothing but a speck in this world. I’m not like most I don’t need fancy things, lots of money no no not me. As long as I have love and understanding Ill be just fine. To be remembered for my laughs and talks is just fine with me  🙂 When I look at my life I see a bright future because I do Love and understand on so many different levels! “

What is the best advice you can give to people that would like to improve their health and well being.

“Do it for you and you only. You are your only competition. Making  a lifestyle change is big. You get to see yourself in a new light, that may be the light someone special is able to see you under.  Its a beautiful thing to see yourself in a new light I did and Im not turning back. The best you, you can be is you.  Love the skin your in embrace your be different”

Is there anything else you would like to share?

“Different is good , Im always willing to share more in depth if need be so let me know”
