I’ve been learning more about sound therapy lately! Looking forward to working with more healers within this field of practician. Intuition can sound like a second inner voice of thought. I was in Miami one time and I remember thinking about finding a crystal store then 4 seconds later I looked up and there was one directly in my view. Right after I saw it I heard the thought “this will be energy your not familiar with” 👀🤷🏾‍♂️ so I walks up to the crystal shop and go inside. 10 minutes in I find myself debating with the store owner 😭 about crystals. I bounced without buying anything but I heard the thought ... This battle isn’t over.... The last time I was meditating in a crystal grid was interesting. I was in my aunts back yard doing the usual ujjayi deep breathing routine. After a few minutes I began hearing what sounded like an ellborate orchestra of string instruments. I knew it wasn’t from my memory because I don’t normally listen to large orchestras let alone memorize it. At one point I wished that I could chart music because I wanted to peplay it somehow. After sinking into the sound and letting it carry me into a zone I realized that the source of this regal instrumentation was my breathing. It was like every single string of air became its own sound forming music. I’ll never forget that experience, even if your quiet tones are being produced in every breath. This shot has taken years in the making. When I first came across @rasekhi_arts_temple I knew I would be working with her in the future. A few years later by suggestion from a mutual friend @msgoddessbody here we are. Synchronicity is key in who I work with, I may see someone and have the feeling we will connect but I also know it must come in divine timing. I’m all about energy & unlocking the mysteries of the universal flow so being in Ra Sekhi’s presence taking in all the knowledge is a feeling of gratitude and confirmation that I’ve been jogging in the right path. It’s always a pleasure working while laughing like we’re at the lunch table having a great time! What more can I ask for.. more!!! 😂 more work to be done, more healing, more power, more fire!!
