This is one of the books I am currently thumbing through. It was passed on to me by my father. I began reading it yesterday, Im about half way through and it is very fascinating. The first book I read by this author was The Alchemist which was very deep. The author Paulo Coelho has a way of painting scenes using his characters emotion for paint, but leaving space on the canvas for you to draw your own conclusions and insights. I will leave a few quotes from the book below. Grab a copy or score a download!
“There are moments when troubles enter our lives and we can do nothing to avoid them.
But they are there for a reason. Only when we have overcome them will we understand why they were there.”
“If you have a past with which you feel dissatisfied, then forget it, now. Imagine a new story for your life and believe in it. Focus only on the moments when you achieved what you desired, and that strength will help you to get what you want.”
“Stop thinking about life and choose to live it”
“This was freedom; to feel what the heart desired with no thought to the opinion of the rest… She was free, for love liberates.”
“All life battles teach us something, even those we lose”

All objects including stars, planets and satellite bodies along with their gross (tangible) attributes emanate subtle (intangible) frequencies. These physical attributes and subtle-frequencies affect us in varying degrees at a physical and subtle-level.
The frequencies emanating from the Moon affect the frequencies of the mental body, i.e. mind of human beings. By ‘mind’ we mean our feelings, emotions and desires. The mind consists of the conscious mind and the sub-conscious mind. Within the sub-conscious mind we have a number of impressions that are embedded that decide our basic nature and personality. We are however not aware of the thoughts or impressions in our sub-conscious mind. These impressions get collected over a number of lifetimes.
These impressions in our mind are the catalysts for all our thoughts and subsequent actions. Both the impressions and our thoughts have their own subtle-frequencies.
The moon frequencies have the capacity to make the thought frequencies from the impressions in our sub-conscious mind to surface to the conscious mind. Once in the conscious mind we become aware of them. Thus one will be influenced as per the predominant impressions in one’s mind. We have explained this in more detail in the next section.
Similarly the moon also affects the mind of animals. However as the sub-conscious mind of animals consists of impressions related only to basic desires such as hunger, sex, sleep etc., the heightened thoughts are related to these basic instincts only.
Knowledge is power, Be strong!
The Moeraki Boulders are unusually large and spherical boulders lying along a stretch of Koekohe Beach on the wave-cut Otago coast of New Zealand between Moeraki and Hampden. They occur scattered either as isolated or clusters of boulders within a stretch of beach where they have been protected in a scientific reserve. The erosion by wave action ofmudstone, comprising local bedrock and landslides, frequently exposes embedded isolated boulders. These boulders are grey-colored septarian concretions, which have been exhumed from the mudstone enclosing them and concentrated on the beach by coastal erosion.
Solar breath meditation. This is a technique that I like to use when I want to align my 7 energy points(chakras). Each point corresponds with a planet.
Crown – Sun
Third Eye – Moon
Throat – Mercury
Heart – Venus
Solar Plexus – Mars
Sacral – Jupiter
Root – Saturn
Ok so first It helps to know the energetic properties of each planet which can be found here. I begin with Crown chakra and move down from the top then back up. On the exhale I will begin by saying to myself Sun (crown) and then focus my awareness to the corresponding section on my physical body. I will make it through each energy point on one out breath. On the inhale I will say to myself Saturn (root) and again focus my awareness to the part of my physical body then work my way up to repeat the cycle. You may begin to feel a strong vibration in each energy point you direct focus to. Once you have completed as many cycles you feel comfortable doing, breathe at a natural rhythm and bring your focus to become aware of each energy point. Once you focus on all of the energy points you may feel a sense of being in a energetic sphere. You have reached what I like to call cosmic mode. It feels like your in space bubble. I have seen some interesting visions while practicing this method of alignment. This works for me and is very effective bringing me to the cosmic bubble fairly quickly once I sit and focus. I hope this has given you some ideas, play and learn with your energy!
The Hidden Powers of Saturn
If you are located in the Metro Atlanta- Georgia are or close feel free to stop in on a nice Yoga session with @SuperDopeHeroin. Sessions are every Tuesday at 6:00 PM. I typically run on sp/cp spiritual people time so i managed to make it out yesterday for the last few minutes of the session. As I came out of a shoulder stand I look up and there is 3 or 4 Falcons flying very close above chasing each other. It was exciting opening my eyes to falcons almost coming close enough to jump up and grab if I were 10ft taller , I wish I could of snapped a shot of them.
The Pineal Gland/ Third eye has been known to be the source of seeing visions beyond physical reality. A subject that has interested cultures throughout the test of time. Here I will try to provide information on how each part of the mind work in unison.
Pineal Gland —> Serotonin —-> Melatonin –> Inner-Lightment
By understanding this cycle it will help you know how to give your body what is required to increase pineal gland activity awareness. What’s fascinating is that the interior of the pineal gland actually has retinal tissue composed of rods and cones (photoreceptors) inside its interior lining just like the eye, and is even wired into the visual cortex in the brain. “The photoreceptors of the retina strongly resemble the cells of the pineal gland. Considered the most powerful and highest source of ethereal energy available to humans, the pineal gland has always been important in initiating supernatural powers. Development of psychic abilities has been closely associated with this organ of higher vision. The third eye controls the various bio-rhythms of the body. It works in harmony with the hypothalamus gland which directs the body’s thirst, hunger, sexual desire and the biological clock that determines our aging process. When it “awakens”, one feels a pressure at the base of the brain. This gland produces several hormones such as norepinepherine, serotonin and melatonin, which regulate mood and sleep patterns. The Pineal Gland has the highest level of blood flow over any other organ in the body. Several foods and herbs can contribute to the health and regulation of the pineal gland. The pineal gland is able to measure day length and adjust secretion of melatonin accordingly. The two hormones we will focus on is serotonin and melatonin.
Serotonin acts as a neurotransmitter, a type of chemical that helps relay signals from one area of the brain to another. Approximately 90% of the human body’s total serotonin is located in the enterochromaffin cells in the in the epithelia lining the lumen of the digestive tract and the respiratory tract. Serotonin secreted from the enterochromaffin cells eventually finds its way out of tissues into the blood. There, it is actively taken up by blood cells, which store it. Functions include the regulation of mood, appetite, and sleep. Serotonin also has some cognitive functions, including memory and learning. Serotonin is produced is through hydroxylation, introducing oxygen and hydrogen (OH) into a organic compound. Hydroxylation converts lipophilic compounds into water soluble products that are more readily excreted. It involves the conversion of CH carbon hydrogen into COH carbon oxygen hydrogen.
Hydroxylase + Tryptophan(1 of 22 amino acids) = Serotonin
Melatonin a structurally simple hormone that communicates information about environmental lighting to various parts of the body. Ultimately, melatonin has the ability to entrain biological rhythms and has important effects on reproductive function of many animals. Within the pineal gland, serotonin is acetylated and then methylated to yield melatonin.
Synthesis and secretion of melatonin is dramatically affected by light exposure to the eyes. The fundamental pattern observed is that serum concentrations of melatonin are low during the daylight hours, and increase to a peak during the dark. Melatonin has important effects in integrating photoperiod and affecting circadian rhythms. Consequently, it has been reported to have significant effects on reproduction, sleep-wake cycles and other phenomena showing circadian rhythm. Administration of melatonin has been shown to decrease motor activity, induce fatigue and lower body temperature, particularly at high doses.
The pineal gland produces the serotonin and melatonin your body needs for everyday regulation and feeling good. The function as a receptor for visual images beyond physical reality is sometime overlooked. In order for your pineal gland to work as it should you must first provide the tools it needs to function at full potential. Serotonin levels are affected by diet. An increase in the ratio of tryptophan to phenylalanine and leucine will increase serotonin levels.
Research also suggests eating a diet rich in carbohydrates and low in protein will increase serotonin by secreting insulin, which helps in amino acid competition. However, increasing insulin for a long period may trigger the onset of insulin resistance, obesity, type 2 diabetes, and lower serotonin levels.
Hydroxylase + Tryptophan(1 of 22 amino acids) = Serotonin
Muscles use 12 of the 13 amino acid groups (not using tryptophan), allowing more muscular individuals to produce more serotonin
Hydroxylation is just adding oxygen to a CH (Carbon Hydrogen) bond. Deep breathing will assist in bringing in more oxygen as well as blood circulation allowing more hormones to be released and absorbed.
That is the key, eat foods that will increase amino acid competition. Exercise and build up the demand of muscle related amino acids to increase competition and serotonin/melatonin production which is pineal gland activity on a biological level. Once you overstand the information im sure moving forward to a more metaphysical perspective will be the next step. The best way I can describe seeing with the third eye is: Imagine a situation like ( jogging on a track) through first person perspective. You can see your surroundings mentally as if it were reality in the moment but it feels like your seeing based on a memory. So as it is happening it feels like your seeing based on the imprint of the memories being created instantaneously. Be metaphysical

New crystal alert! I picked up a few new stones/crystals for the collection. Earlier this week I was grabbed by some Vesuvianite. This stone feels smooth and soft. I always find it interesting how something solid can feel soft. Meditation with Vesuvianite will be going down soon. Right Now I have been focusing in on Dalmatian Jasper. The pattern reminds me of a Cheetah or Leopard never an actual Dalmatian puppy. The energy is interesting and fun. The best way I can describe the Dalmatian energy sensations is: Picture your hand balled into a fist jasper being held within, imagine a infinity symbol around your hand and the energy is flowing-following the pattern of the infinity symbol outline. Now imagine two infinite symbols in a X kind of pattern with energy flowing through the outline of the double figure 8. Also seemed to be directing my attention to the root chakra in an magnetic kind of way. Carnelian I have heard much about and it was mentioned to me last night so I decided I have to pick some up. The Limonite Quartz caught my eye with the mimosa orange stained exterior. Quartz clusters are my go to lately, I just can not seem to get enough of them. More crystals and experiences/sensations with them coming soon.
