Okay  I have not posted any research or meditation experiences lately mainly because I have been busy doing human stuff..  making videos and counting leaves that have been redesigned!  ….Though I have not posted I definitely have been experiencing many sensations and lessons so here is the most recent meditation/lessons.

The format of this article will follow

– Meditation Experience/ Notes

– Research that helped gain more of a inner-standing  of what just occurred during meditation.

-Questions I feel can be answered with more research and meditation

– How to apply the information gathered

Meditation/Experience Notes

Intent for this session was to gain more of an insight on kundalini energy, specifically the swaying ( kriya kundalini movements) that becomes active shortly after my focus is directed at conscious breathing.

Sat in crossed legged posture, spine straight.

Conscious breathing is the foundation to all of my meditation so I begin by focusing on inhaling and exhaling.

The swaying begins. To get an idea of what I mean draw the letter S. Imagine if that motion has begun with your physical body. Starting from the base of your spine all the way up to the top of your head. Your body begins moving/oscillating from side to side in a fluid motion.

Frequency – Amount of times a wave oscillates per second.

Amplitude – Maximum extent of vibration/oscillation

I found understanding the science behind the “kundalini energy” easier to comprehend when using terms that can also describe attributes of sound.

The frequency of the “kundalini energy” can be changed according to thought.

There seems to be a standard or starting “frequency “of the kundalini energy  what that frequency corresponds to Im un-sure of at this moment. This made me wonder if it is has a connection to brain waves being the frequency felt as if it were possibly 3hz. (3 cycles per second/ the swaying begins in center–>right–center …center -left–center…center–>right–center) it completes 3 cycles in about 1 second .  Ive read somewhere that kundalini is coiled at the base of the spine in 3.5 coils ….. I thought to make a more practical connection so I asked myself which brain waves are near the frequency of 3hz? …… Delta clocking in at 0.1 – 3hz border lining Theta waves… interesting but still not enough for me  to validate that thought.

You can get a quick overview of brain waves and what each stage represents below

I think it is important to know which frequency you are operating on from a basic level. Being able to consciously focus your mind to reach higher frequencies can have healing benefits.

This is how you would normally calculate frequency  and wave length. – TutorVista .  Im simply using “feel” to calculate the frequency of the kund-energy by using the swaying (kriya flow) of my body as measurement for cycles.

What Are Kundalini Kriyas?

Kriya refers to the outward physical expression of awakened kundalini and look like spontaneous yoga postures. A long time ago, kriyas occurred to people who meditated often, and these yoga-like poses are credited as the origin of modern yoga. Kriyas are spontaneous movements, because you do not voluntarily decide to move that way. A kriya happens unexpectedly. Kriyas happen due to higher-self, orchestrating the movement. Because higher-self does not use thought, it seems it happens spontaneously.

At this stage in meditation I learned something new. The swaying activation (kundalini) from conscious breathing are familiar stages to me that I have become comfortable with.  Typically I don’t mentally try to adjust the swaying/frequency of kund-energy that Im feeling  I generally go with the flow. From past experience I know it is possible to alter the frequency of energy. So this time I focused on speeding up the rate of oscillation by simply thinking of it as moving faster then feeling it respond to my thought. Now when it is at 3hz you can feel/determine the motion of the swaying pretty easily but when you begin to speed it up it reaches a point where the swaying dissolves into a pulsating sensation. The transition usually last for about 2 -5 seconds. The perfect example visually would be looking at a bike wheel. When moving slow ( low frequency) you can see all of the spokes but when you speed it up (high frequency) all the spokes begin to look like one spoke/blur in a sense. The same effect feels like it happens when you consciously up the frequency of this energy.

I assume that the high frequency is producing this pulsation of energy in a sense. I found the next block of info useful pertaining to pulses.

– Electromagnetic (radio or sound) waves are conceptually pure single frequency phenomena while pulses may be mathematically thought of as composed of a number of pure frequencies that sum and nullify in interactions that create a pulse train of the specific amplitudes, PRRs, base frequencies, phase characteristics, etcetera (See Fourier Analysis)

What this pulse is specifically Im not sure… but it definitely feels good. The rate of pulsation is similar as the kundalini but at higher speeds. When I say it feels good I mean when you breathe in sync with this pulse it feels energizing and refreshing. It feels as if your in a bubble or a field of energy. I think it helps when you sync your breathing with the pulsation of the kundalini energy. When focusing on sending energy to specific points of the body…  I begin by syncing the speed of my breathing with the pulsation while mentally feeling/ focusng the pulsation at the point on my body. The energy seems to follow where my focus goes.  Kunda-Energy/Qi is said to travel along specifc pathways called meridians.

What happens when you focus the energy to an area of the body? From my experience when you focus on your arm for example  while you inhale it seems to create a sensation and physical response that is similar to tension. Focusing on the area during exhalation causes a relaxing sensation in a pulsation like rhythm. This is not limited to your own body. You can also cause these sensations to occur within others. During intimacy I find it easier to build and send this energy into your partner as well as receive this energy with knowledge/practice of technique. The key to controlling the flow of energy is controlling the flow of breath.

At this point in meditation the point I focus on with my eyes closed is .. the back of my eye lids. The reason I draw my attention there is because a very interesting experience has occurred consistently.  A sphere of light appears. The perfect example of how this appears would be to look directly at the sun then close your eyes. You will still see the imprint of the sun. This begins to happen within naturally for me after about 20 minutes of conscious breathing.  It is a constant sphere but there seems to be waves coming into the edges of the sphere. An example of this motion : Draw a circle in the sand and use your hands to push the sand surrounding the circle toward the edges of the circle just drawn. This motion repeats itself. The sphere takes on different forms. The first time I had this experience I focused on different chakra points and to my surprise the sphere began changing shapes. I have not experimented with using chakras to alter this “sphere” since the first time I experienced it. Each chakra has its own frequency as well.  Using your mouth you can make the frequency through producing the corresponding tone.

I concluded this meditation by sending the kund-energy directly to my head in a pulse like rhythm. It felt as if the energy was massaging my brain.  if I could go threw my hair/skeleton and do a deep tissue massage on my brain with my hands thats what i would compare the feeling to.  From this experience I can say that knowing about specific areas of the body and the functions can be helpful in targeting those areas.

Once I finished I felt very refreshed and it felt like I could think about “larger/complex” thoughts with much more ease. It was like I reached another level of understanding of what was occurring during meditation. Estimated time 1  1/2 – 2 hours 5.27.15 ::

For some reason I felt that I was seeing sounds/vibration. Not only was I seeing  the geometrical patterns that the frequency of the sound is producing   but I was feeling them as well. This led me down a path of information Ive found very useful and as always left me with more questions then I have started with.  Some of the notes from what i researched are below.

Quick SummaryQi, Kundalini, Frequencies,Pineal Gland, Cymatics, Thalamus, Learning & memory mechanisms of the brain. Solfeggio Frequencies

During meditation you can tap into or produce frequencies from your thoughts. You can also use sound/music/mantras/chants to reach/experience certain frequencies and the effects.

Certain frequencies produce geometric patterns. You can literally see these patterns visually with your minds’ eye also known as Pineal Gland.

Cymatics (from Greek: κῦμα “wave”) is the study of visible sound co-vibration.

“The pineal gland is a superconducting resonator. Ananda [Bosman] claims it potentiates DNA as a multidimensional transducer of holographic projection” – Be Metaphysical : Pineal Gland and Sound

Superconductivity is a phenomenon of exactly zero electrical resistance and expulsion of magnetic fields occurring in certain materials when cooled below a characteristic critical temperature.

Resonator an apparatus that increases the resonance of a sound, especially a hollow part of a musical instrument.

Transducer a device that converts variations in a physical quantity, such as pressure or brightness, into an electrical signal, or vice versa.

The pineal gland has the ability to amplify sound and then create a holographic projection/image for the mind by converting sound into electrical signals similar to how your two eyes function.

Solfeggio frequencies make up the ancient 6-tone scale thought to have been used in sacred music. Each Solfeggio tone is comprised of a frequency required to balance your energy and keep your body, mind and spirit in perfect harmony.

The Solfeggio frequencies were lost because throughout history different tuning applications have been used. Ancient tuning practices used a system of tuning known as “Just Intonation.” The method of Just Intonation featured pure intervals between every note that were mathematically related by ratios of small whole numbers leading to a much purer sound.

If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would hold a key to the universe” – Nikola Tesla,

The 3, 6, and 9 are the fundamental root vibrations of the Solfeggio frequencies

This science goes back as far as Ancient Egypt and the video below is a interview with a Cymatic researcher Johnathan Reid. He discusses the sound characteristics found during his experiments  in the Great Pyramid. He has some very insightful and brilliant information that will help you see the potentials of this science.

Sleep Spindles – also known as sigma bands or sigma waves. These waves stop certain brain process so that the sleeper can remain in a tranquil state. These waves usually occur onset of Stage 2 Sleep

Sleep spindle activity associated with integration of new information into existing knowledge as well as directed remembering and forgetting (fast sleep spindles)

K Complex Wave Form – Suppressing the ability to restore consciousness when signaled/triggered as response to danger. (helps you remain sleep even if danger is near or signaled to the mind from your surroundings)

A sleep spindle is a burst of oscillatory brain activity visible on an EEG that occurs during stage 2 sleep. It consists of 12–14 Hz waves that occur for at least 0.5 seconds. Sleep spindles are generated in the reticular nucleus of the thalamus.

Thalamus and Cortex communication generate sleep spindles.

The Thalamus (from Greek θάλαμος, “chamber”)  is a midline symmetrical structure of two halves, within the vertebrate brain, situated between the cerebral cortex and the midbrain. Some of its functions are the relaying of sensory and motor signals to the cerebral cortex, and the regulation of consciousness, sleep, and alertness.

Engram – Memory  traces held within bio physical and bio chemical changes in the brain. Biological nueral network : fragment of memory.

Synaptic consolidation (LTP) Late Phase occurs within the first few hours of learning.

Systems consolidation (HD) hippocampus-dependent memories become independent of the hippocampus over a period of weeks to years.

Acetylcholine (ACh) – ACh has also been shown to promote REM sleep. ACh acts through nicotinic receptors to excite certain groups of inhibitory interneurons in the cortex, which further dampen down cortical activity. One well-supported function of acetylcholine (ACh) in cortex is increased responsiveness to sensory stimuli, a form of attention.

Acetylcholine is also the principal neurotransmitter in all autonomic ganglia.

ACh acts as an important “internal” transmitter in the striatum, which is part of the basal ganglia.

ACh has an important role in the enhancement of sensory perceptions when we wake up[3] and in sustaining attention.[4]

Neurotransmitters are endogenous chemicals that transmit signals across a synapse from one neuron (nerve cell) to another “target” neuron.

Rapid eye movement sleep (REM sleep, REMS) is a unique phase of mammalian sleep characterized by random movement of the eyes, low muscle tone throughout the body, and the propensity of the sleeper to dream vividly. This phase is also known as paradoxical sleep (PS) and sometimes desynchronized sleep because of physiological similarities to waking states, including rapid, low-voltage desynchronized brain waves. Electrical and chemical activity regulating this phase seems to originate in the brain stem and is characterized most notably by an abundance of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine,

Questions:

What is the pulsation that results from the kundalini energy frequency rising?

Electromagnetic (radio or sound) waves are conceptually pure single frequency phenomena while pulses may be mathematically thought of as composed of a number of pure frequencies that sum and nullify in interactions that create a pulse train of the specific amplitudes

Still searching for a answer but this does help understand. Possibly raising the frequency causes other frequencies to be produced/nullified???? hmmm

What is the connection between sleep spindles created from h-thalamus – Cortex communication?

I think all of the these components work together to assist the body reach a physical state of relaxation in order to heal/ reenergize.

Can you experience alternate realities or dimensions by hitting specific frequencies?

N/A

How can sound be used to change physical matter?

Were some of  the hieroglyphs actually derived from the study of Cymatics ? If so how did the Ancient culture incorporate these tones into their language?

Can we use sound to heal ourselves from disease?

Does Melanin play a role in this process

Melanin:
A Super-conductor of the high frequency radiation and neural transmissions/Semiconductor of sound and heat energy/Conductor of the body’s ionic charge/Resonator of visible light

Melanin means ‘Black amino’ and is a color pigment composed of a hydrocarbon chain which has various amino (nitrogen-based) compounds attached to it.  Carbon is the organizing molecule that gives melanin its structure. It is carbon that gives melanin the ability to absorb energy and bind with other molecules while retaining stability and coherence.

Melanin is produced by the oxidation of the amino acid tyrosine, followed by polymerization. The pigment is produced in a specialized group of cells known as melanocytes.

Tyronsinase is an organometallic amino compound that is organized around carbon, nitrogen, and copper.

This amino acid is the catalyst for melanin reproduction, and
the amino compound that facilitates melanin’s ability to conduct many Electro-magnetic frequencies.

It would seem to me that Melanin is a very important factor to fully experiencing these frequencies in relation to the physical body.

How to apply this information:

To sum it up the Universe is made up of vibrations. If you can produce certain vibrations/frequency then you have the power to heal yourself and be in tuned with a language of geometrical design. You produce these frequencies with your voice or with external tools of sound. Learning how energy flows can help you gain more endurance physically in all activites that you partake in. Plus  It feels good to feel good! Practice conscious breathing its the foundation to all the wonderful mysteries that your body and mind will reveal to you.  I’m still young so i’m sure there is much more for me to learn and share so until then Ill be meditating and figuring out how this brain of mine functions.

The ancient Egyptians laid the foundations of many sciences and some of their discoveries influenced Greek and Roman science. In the field of acoustics we know from the Roman architect, Vetruvius, that acoustic techniques were employed in both the Roman and Greek cultures; but were their architects inspired by acoustical knowledge obtained from ancient Egypt?

You purchase the book at CymaScope  .. As always if a PDF becomes available to me I will gladly post it online.  I hope you learned and I was able to connect a few dots for you. Peace share you experiences and learn!

An Elephants Memory

In a top of intelligence, humans are followed by apes, elephants and dolphins. The elephant brain is denser than the human’s, and the temporal lobes, associated to memory, are more developed than in humans.

Elephant’s lobes also have more foldings, so that they can store more information. That’s why elephants have excellent memory.

But why? Elephants can recognize over 200 different individuals. This is essential, as females depend on one another for raising the young, more than in the case of other mammals. A mother can remember who is trustful and complex bounds are the bricks of elephants’ society, while the memory is the cement. When two elephants approach one another, they emit a “contact appeal”: if the other recognizes the appeal, it responds and approaches; if not, it starts to agitate and adopts a defensive position. This capacity of recognition lasts a very long time, even after one individual is dead: even the recording of a dead animal attracted the attention of its relatives and descendants.

The group life allows the elephants to raise their young together. A female gives birth, in the best case, to one young every 4 years, and this one will be well cared.

In critical moments, the family stand on the experience of the oldest and wisest female in the group, called matriarch. She controls the daily activity of the herd and leads the family in areas outside the normal domain. Now, her remarkable memory is employed. She will remember where to go during drought periods and what to do in case of danger, as she already passed through these situations, and the older she is, the more effective she is. Her death is tragic for the group, and poachers usually target her, as she possesses the largest tusks in the herd of females.

Some consider elephants to posses consciousness: they have emotions and feelings one for another. The way how they behave with the body of a dead elephant seems to confirm this. It’s like they would understand death. They turn the bones and examine each crack, like wanting to wake up a sleeping baby

Age Reversing Drug???

As we age, many of us may struggle to remember simple things, such as directions or what film we watched last night. But researchers from the University of Florida say they have discovered a drug that has the potential to reverse mild cognitive decline among older adults.

This is according to a study recently published in the Journal of Neuroscience.

The research team, including Prof. Jennifer Bizon of the university’s Department of Neuroscience, explains that the type of memory responsible for the recall of day-to-day items is known as the “working memory.”

We use this memory for everyday activities, such as calculating the final bill after dining in a restaurant.

Prof. Bizon explains that in order to work out a 15% tip, for example, our brains must hold multiple pieces of information in mind for short periods, such as remembering the cost of dinner while calculating the amount of money needed for a tip. This process is central to working memory among other “higher” cognitive processes, according to Prof. Bizon.

In order for working memory to function properly, there must be the right balance of chemicals in the brain. But in their study, which was conducted in rats, the researchers found that high levels of an inhibitory brain neurotransmitter called GABA may disrupt working memory.
