Yoga, meditation, Orbs of light, visions, ringing of the ears, endless dreams, crystal grids, astral projection, entheogenic journeys …. The list goes on.
Sometimes I wonder if everyone is experiencing these unexplainable happenings but its seems like a small handful. All of these perspectives/experiences can be a bit overwhelming to comprehend while still seeming normal and maintaining day to day life. Finding the 2% of people that can relate to your experiences is a journey. It would be helpful if more people on social media would share these experience but for the most part the yogis/ppl I follow are 49% namaste 50% vegan cheese & 1% sharing their personal experiences of the less physical or unexplainable. Hollywood even decided to cash in on the metaphysical aspects of existence and whipped up Dr Strange to wet the imagination of weekend meditators.Either way, how do you find balance between the known, the unknown, Inner and outer world etc
There are times where a night of sleep is welcomed over what feels like endless lucid dreaming. I’ve had enough unexplainable experiences to appreciate the simple parts of life like swimming and simply reading a book. When I tap into realms of the mind and often go into meditative practices daily it feels like I have to do things to stay grounded in this reality like eat a heavy meal or engage in a physically demanding activity. What is it all for? sometimes that thought leads me to a simple idea, everyone is on this planet and eventually we leave. I think experience of all forms, places, people, dimensions is the essence and or “reason” of existence. Why would you need a reason to exist? Some things just are. Share your experience!
From the ease of progress made last night I felt like I wanted to tap into some new energy so I stopped by Phoenix and Dragon Book/Crystal shop to see if anything caught my attention. Here are the new additions to the collection. Im sure I will have some insight an experience with them soon enough but until now here is what the internet has to say.

I have realized that breathing consciously is one of the foundations of gaining control over functions of the mind and body. At first paying attention to my breathing quickly put me to sleep. Soon after I began to increase my duration of focus while remaining awake. The benefits of being able to maintain a conscious state of breathing helped me while going in and out of difficult asanas(yoga positions) with ease. Thoughts begin to slow down as your breathe becomes your object of concentration. Lucidity becomes a familiar place you can visit on command with the mastery of conscious breathing, I mainly use Ujjayi breathing techniques. Bringing in air from the belly then up into the chest, resonating energy from your lower base chakra up into your throat chakra.
Mer refers to a specific kind of light that was understood in Egypt during the 18th Dynasty Mer” was seen as two counter-rotating fields of light spinning in the same space. These fields are generated when a person performs specific “breathing patterns”. Ka refers to the individual spirit of a person. Ba refers to the spirit’s interpretation of its particular reality. In the human reality, Ba is usually defined as the body or physical reality. In other realities where spirits don’t have bodies, Ba refers to their concepts or interpretation of reality in the realm in which they exist. Mer-Ka-Ba means the Spirit/Body surrounded by counter-rotating fields of Light, which is a vehicle to transport Spirit/Body from one dimension into another.
My experience with: Merkaba, 17 step breath technique
17 Step Breathe Technique. This was one of the first breathing techniques I began to focus on. The results were interesting and it definitely opened my mind to different types of sensations. This is were my experience of the spinning/pulsating feeling originated from. The pulse is similar to your heart beat but that is not the source of it. You can feel your heart and the energy pulsations moving at two different rates. Adjusting your breathe to imitate the flow of the pulsations of energy is one way to submerse your self into the sensation. This technique also helped me get familiar with focusing on mental ideas while maintaining breathe concentration. There are many discoveries I have made and knowledge I have gained through activating Mer Ka Ba
is a breath technique employed in a variety of Taoist and Yoga practices. In relation to Yoga, it is sometimes called “the ocean breath”. Unlike some other forms of pranayama, the ujjayi breath is typically done in association with asana practice. Ujjayi is a diaphragmatic breath, which first fills the lower belly (activating the first and second chakras), rises to the lower rib cage (the third and fourth chakras), and finally moves into the upper chest and throat. Inhalation and exhalation are both done through the nose. The “ocean sound” is created by moving the glottis as air passes in and out. As the throat passage is narrowed so, too, is the airway, the passage of air through which creates a “rushing” sound. The length and speed of the breath is controlled by the diaphragm, the strengthening of which is, in part, the purpose of ujjayi. The inhalations and exhalations are equal in duration, and are controlled in a manner that causes no distress to the practitioner. “Ujjayi” comes from the Sanskrit prefix “ud” (उद्) added to it and root “ji” (जि): “ujji” (उज्जि), meaning “to be victorious”. Ujjayi (उज्जायी), thus means “one who is victorious”. Ujjayi breath means “victorious breath”.– Wikipedia
My Experience with: Ujjayi, Ocean Breathe
This is the breathing pattern I choose to go with when I begin my daily meditations and yoga practice. The first objective that is typically on my mind is to clear/slow down my thought patterns. The brain has different frequencies that it functions on, Beta Alpha Theta Delta. Beta brain waves (14-40 Hz) associated with normal everyday consciousness and a heightened state of alertness, logic and critical reasoning. My goal is to bring the speed of those thought frequencies down to Theta. Theta brain waves (4-7.5 Hz) are present during deep meditation and light sleep, including the all-important REM dream state. Once Im able to focus the brain on breath control slowing down and operating on a Theta frequency of mind happens naturally. Resulting in picking up on metaphysical senses and sensations.
